George Webb's Restaurant

This morning on my drive to work I decided I wanted breakfast so I called from my car and a woman Named [redacted] picked up the phone and asked me to hold. I waited over 8 minutes on hold enough time to make it to the restaurant. I walked in and let her know she left me on hold she said sorry and walked right by me and took a tables order. After giving another table coffee she came up to me and said I am ready to take your order now. So I gave her my order and sat down. Looking around I realized how annoyed the other customers looked. One got up and left saying " you'll get your breakfast at dinner" . Now I want to point out this has nothing to do with the chef he appeared to be a great cook. He seemed annoyed at the waitress as well as he came out three times asking her questions on her tickets. Once my to go food was finally at the window I saw it and got up. Waiting by the counter she saw my food was ready walked by it grabbed the coffee pot and decided to fill everyone's coffee than took another order. Finally I paid ( 25 minutes later) and get to work , open my food and its wrong. How hard was it to get an American Cheese Omelette and hash browns? Apparently very hard because it was cheddar , and to top it off very cold. I will never return and I am sure that customers that were there today will not as well. George Webb is a respectable mini diner and to have someone like that working there makes me loose all respect for the industry.
