Although the everyone including George are VERY NICE people, I have come to be displeased with the wedding ring design and the quality cut, grading and clarity of the diamond I informed that sales representative that my budget was $10,and in the end we decided on the stone and the ring design The diamond cost $4,and The Diamond Report was an EGL certificate stated the stone had a Very Good Cut, Carat CT, Clarity Grade of and Color Grade of L and Measurements were x x I have since had the diamond sent to GIA and their report is NOT consistent with the certfrom the seller, the results are as follows; Carat Weight 1.01CT, Measurements x x 3.85mm,
Color Grade M, Clarity Grade 11, Cut Grade - Good
I am of the opinion that we overpaid for the stone, not to mention the ring itself, because several diamond appraisers have advised that Body Color was low, Culet looked Large, Faceted, and Off Center In short we overpaid for a product that is inferior
To be fair, they did make adjustments in size and soldering the rings all at no cost to me For the money we spent, it is evident that I could have gotten a a diamond that had a better grading, or larger or clearer stone elsewhere for less money than I spent here

Review: The business prolifically advertises a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and a "Thirty Day Lowest Price Money Back Guarantee".In regards to the "Thirty Day Lowest Price Money Back Guarantee" their website states:"At The business you always get the lowest price GUARANTEED! We are so confident that you can't get a better deal on fine quality jewelry anywhere else, that we offer our exclusive Thirty Day Lowest Price Money Back Guarantee."I purchased a 14kt, 4mm wide, size 9.5, gold wedding band for $524 from the business on 6/19/2015. After seeing other wedding bands for the exact same design and specification advertised for less than $220, I attempted to return the band on 7/18/2015; within that 30 day window.I was told because the band was worn it could not be returned, although it was in excellent condition. That stipulation in the return policy was never stated or advertised anywhere the rest of the guarantee is advertised.The only mention of it is on the fine print on the back of the receipt which was received after the sale was complete, thus is not valid in the transaction and implied contract. The business is not honoring the guarantees he is advertising; thus committing false advertisement.Desired Settlement: I request that the business honor the guarantee that is advertised and refund the full amount of the ring.
