George Hafner Oil Burner Service

I have been a customer of George Hafner for almost 20 years I have used them for new installs and for service. I cant say I have ever had a problem with the technicians or there work that is why I stayed for so long. Today was the end! I cant deal with Pam who answers the phones she is the is the rudest customer service woman ever !
#bossesdaughter From the minute she picks up the phone she has an attitude like your bothering her she is constantly RUDE never lets you finish a sentence and nothing is ever her fault I called 3 months ago asking for my renewal contract and never received it. Now I need a repair and she wants to charge me as if I am a new customer its not even about the money its the way she talks to people so nasty. She need to get out of the service business and have daddy find her a new position customer service is not for you. George and son are great! I am taking my business elsewhere.

I have been meaning to write this review for some time so it is long overdue. My old boiler finally died just before dead winter. On short notice I called George Hafner and he came out and within a few days I had a new boiler, burner, hot water tank and an oil tank installed by them. All of the work was done very professionally, including removal of the old boiler and tank. The new boiler, hot water tank, pumps, burner, and oil tank are working flawlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone without a moment of hesitation. My oil bills have really been a lot less since. These folks do what they do best better than anybody and that's Oil Service efficiency since they don't sell oil like oil companies do. Really a pleasure to do business with them. Thank you.
