George Brazil sent Jesse B to fix a plumbing problem, on a Sunday. Not only was Jesse punctual and courteous, he went out of his way to make sure that my plumbing issue was fixed. I cannot say enough good things about George Brazil and Jesse B!

Donny provided excellent customer service. Donny was very engaging, technically proficient, and took the time to explain the causes that damage garbage disposals. Finally, Donny was very helpful in explaining ways to maintain our garbage disposal to operate for years. I highly recommend his services and will request Donny for future service calls.

The level of communication about their arrival times and the work needed to be done was the best I have ever received. The problem (my construction team drove finish nails into my pipes) was fixed, and another plumbing issue discovered before any further problems developed. Called and had a service person the very next day. Larry Br was the young man who came to our home and worked on our toilet. He did a great job and was considerate of our home. No mess to clean up when he finished. He explained the whole procedure and we knew ahead of time what the charge would be. Nice and friendly and helpful while he was here.
