Ernesto came to check for lack of hot water,and by the time he left I knew ten times more about my heater than before. he was just great so we will ask for Ernesto for any future plumbing problems!

Grace, our service provider, was a pleasure to work with. Her enthusiasm was contagious. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She made sure all the details were attended to. Her explanations were clear. She offered intelligent suggestions for improvements to our water system. I will be sure to request for her service on our next call.

We have George Brazil handling our air conditioning and heating service so when we had electrical issues it made sense to work with folks we already have a relationship with. I called on Monday of this week and Tony V. arrived the next day on time and ready to sort out our lighting and electrical outlet problems. Very professional and excellent technician. One of our problems he sorted right away and was on to our other problem. We had a bad outlet at our kitchen island and he replaced it. Inside half an hour and he took care of our electrical problems. Very well done!

[redacted] was very nice and made sure everything was kept clean as he did his work. He even put on some booties to prevent tracking dirt throughout the house.
Above all, the work suggested and completed was beyond my expectations. The cost was higher than I thought it might be, however the price does include another electrical inspection about a year from now and the items worked on are like new, if not a little bit better than new (better components than originally installed.)

This is my first time working with George Brazil. It was a top not h experience. [redacted] worked with me an installed a chandelier. He was kind, courteous, polite, used booties, and went Bove and beyond the call of duty to do the job correctly and repair the error that mister Electric did. He was on time and actually came hours ahead of time, only after someone called to ask if that was okay, which I preferred. I will be a repeat customer with George Brazil. He did a great job!!! I'd recommend Adam @ George Brazil to anyone. Through and professional, Adam does it right the first time. He takes pride in his work and is truly dedicated in answering all questions honestly. Today it's tough to find a person with integrity. Adam is proud of his work and his company.

While I have not yet had any work done by George Brazil I have met with a couple of their people for estimates on work I need to have done. I am super impressed with the both Mark B (electrician) and Cole (plumber) and the knowledge they bring to the table. They helped us understand exactly what we need done, and how their company will provide us the best service. I am convinced.

Some may think it is a bit early to be singing their praises but the truth is that after dealing with so many companies that are slow to respond or whose technicians don’t seem to be able or willing to really explain the work they will be performing, it was a breath of fresh air to work with these guys.

The service tech from George Brazil went above and beyond to find a leak in our evaporator cooler unit in the attic. We had 3 other techs out over the course of 3 years and many hours spent searching; all of them told me there was a leak but they were unable to locate it. The George Brazil tech was able to locate it in the bottom coil in less than a coupe of hours. He was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. He even put on boot covers every time he exited and re entered our house. I would recommend George Brazil to any homeowner who feels like they are not getting quality service that is reliable and transparent.

I noticed my water heater was leaking at around 8:30 am this morning and by noon I had a new water heater and a complete review of my home plumbing. [redacted] was really professional and briefed me on my options and did a spectacular job. Plus he gave me several valuable tips on how to maintain my plumbing. I am still in shock that all was accomplished in such a short time. Plus it was such a great price. Thank you [redacted] and George Brazil!

Unusual problems created by another contractor prompted a call to Brazil for an electrician. Scheduled quickly, although not an emergency, and I even got them to send one of our usual servicemen. Prompt service, good, knowledgable serviceman, well-stocked truck, and just plain hard work did the trick. Best service!

Had [redacted] out today to replace all our smoke detectors. Second time he has been to our home for work and both times he handled everything in a through and professional manner.

Mark was very professional in carrying out his assignments. He takes extra precautions to make sure the work site is clean after the job is completed. He also helps the customer with any issues or questions and provides options as to the best lightning products in the market. He is a good listener and makes sure that all of the customers concerns are addressed.

I have been in customer service for many years with global companies where customer service has continually been of utmost importance and always expected! Unfortunately, too many companies have sacrificed these requirements. My experience with George Brazil’s company completely restored my confidence in great employees who cared about their customers.
I recently needed some electrical service work completed and contacted George Brazil. [redacted] was assigned to assist me with the issue and I could not have been more pleased! I want to commend [redacted] from your company who was [redacted]’s excellent secondary resource. [redacted] introduced [redacted] and immediately we were pleased with his politeness, courtesy, and happy demeanor. He always had a smile on his face. He was very thorough and also explained things well. Even when he did some rework on a ceiling fan, he remained calm and did his job with patience and professionalism. He was going out of town the next day but willingly worked late to ensure our installation was completed that day without any complaint. He was easy to talk with, worked efficiently and quickly, and was a pleasure to have in our home.

The service was real good and the electrician was very helpful and advised us everything he was doing. Really liked the good service

I have been using George Brazil for a while and have been very happy with the service I've received. People I know say Brazil is too expensive, I say you get what you pay for. That's why my last visit was necessary.
