I lost my local jeweler because he retired I sent an e-mail to my bookclub friends in Redwood City and three recommended Geoffrey's My watch needed repair and it is especially dear to me because my husband gave it to me years ago and has since passed I had the opportunity to bring in many items for repair, etc I probably saw three people at this store and every one of them was professional and so very nice to me I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment I could not be more pleased
