Geodynamic Wellservices

We hired Shad M, of Geodynamic Wellservices, in April 2019 we signed a contract and paid a large deposit to get on his list to drill a well for us. His projected drill time was set for Mid August 2019. August came and went and he said he got behind schedule and would drill in September. October came and we still didnt have a well. We met again with him in October and he said he could drill in November. November came and went and we could not get a hold of him all winter fast forward to February. Our living situation was changing and we needed our well to be drilled asap. We contacted him again with no response. We found another well service that could drill for us and we needed our well drilled asap so we contacted Shad M and said since hes not able to drill for us we need our deposit back so we can go with the other well company. His response to us after 4 months of silence was "we do not give deposits back". His contract does not say anything of this sort nor was this verbally spoken of. We have since found out several others are trying to get their deposits back since he has not performed the well drilling service for them either. We desperately need this deposit back so we are trying all different avenues in hopes of getting our money back.
