This company was quick to take our money. After using the products for a couple of weeks with absolutely no results we decided to ask for a refund we were well within the 60 days guaranteed refund. When you call the number on the bottle all you get is a recording saying password for sales and then when you press one for sales that says press five, oh nothing happens and the phone was disconnected call back again press one for sales and says press nine call back again press one for sale that says press four. All of these are obvious scams. There’s no way to contact the company when you want to email them they require the invoice number which we do not have readily available. So we’re writing this bad review because this company is a scam.

Review: This company is scamming my check card by small charges to my account. I recently cancelled my check card, and will also ask the company to return the product for a cash refund.Desired Settlement: I know that it was merely two dollars, but this company probably scammed millions of people, so they are rich from this type of fraudulent activity. I just hope that this sleazy company gives me a cash refund for the product as well.

We are faxing a response to customer complaint ID [redacted]. According to our records, our mutual customer, [redacted], placed on online order for our product, Virectin, on 8/**/13. We have included transcripts of the order including the original invoice which reflects the amount charged of 52.90 (product price 44.95, shipping fee 7.95) There are no other transactions or charges incurred under this customer name or credit card on file. The customer did contact our facility on 9/**/13 requesting to return the product due to not being satisfied with the results and he was provided

with a return authorization to return the product for a refund. However, the customer did not bring to our attention his concern regarding the recurring charges in small amounts

he claims are being debited from his account. Our customers do not incur recurring charges of any kind and we do not participate in an automatic shipping/billing program. Please note the complaint has a purchase date of 6/**/13 but the transaction date we have on file is 8/**/13. We would like more clarification and/or collaborating information on the charges the customer is disputing that are not associated with the purchase transaction on 8/**/13, again, we do not have any other orders on file under the customer name, email address or credit card on file.
