November 7, 2019, sq geno recovery llc towed my vehicle from my residential building. They stated that the tag was expired. However, the resignation expire in June 2020. They charged me $177 for the towing. They refused to give me the receipt that showed the prices or the tow report. Furthermore, the car was damaged during the towing. I had to spend more than $350 to fix the damages. sq geno recovery llc doesn't have a right to tow my vehicle. The vehicle was parked legally at my residential building.
Order_Number:
Refund Refunding the $177 back to my bank account, and I need the towing report that shows the breakdown of the $177.
Mr. had his vehicle towed on November 7th 2019 at 11:03 a.m. and Geno Recovery reported the tow and impound to Toledo Police in accordance with city revised code. The plate displayed on Mr. Ford Focus displayed 6-19 indicating they were about 5 months expired. *** properties to keep their apartments as safe and clean as possible have us tow vehicles with expired tags on *** owned private property. People frequently leave their broke down vehicles; cluttering *** properties apartment parking, a lot of which have title loans. Mr. tried to then fraudulently use a credit card when he argued the transaction on November 8th 6:35 p.m. he completed in the presence of Toledo Police Officers. He called the police after arguing with my employee for a half hour about the fees associated with his tow which are displayed on the sign at his residence. The Toledo Police explained he had to pay and take me to court which he has yet to do because he has no case. He continues to try and drag my company through the dirt for just doing our job. The credit card company sided with Geno Recovery fully after me providing the signed receipt he did in fact receive a copy of and his drivers license. Now in a last ditch effort he has contacted the Revdex.com to try and con me into returning his impound fee. Please contact me if any further questions.
