Review: On October 11th, I was given rolls with shrimp after I told the waitress I was allergic. When I took a bite, I started getting hives and problems breathing, while I was driving. That is very dangerous! My 12 year old daughter had to inject me with an EpiPen to control the reaction and it was very traumatizing for her. When I started to feel a little better, I contacted the co-owner Felipe and at that point he told me if he knew I had allergies he would have refused service to me and his staff denied me telling them about my allergy to shrimp. He told me to bring the receipt of the medication to him and he would reimburse me for it because my insurance does not cover that medication. I had to get a driver to take me back and show him the receipt for the replacement medication and he told me that he couldn't reimburse me and he would have to contact the insurance company. On the 13th, he said his adjuster for his insurance company would contact me to follow up on the reimbursement, but I was never contacted or reimbursed. On the 16th, I contacted them again, and said his adjuster would contact me, and again....no contact! All I'm asking for is for my medication to be reimbursed because I could have had an incident while I was driving and they would have had to pay more. Thank god nothing happened!Desired Settlement: All I'm asking for is for my medication to be reimbursed because I could have had an incident while I was driving and they would have had to pay more for hospital bills or legal fees and you want to avoid litigation because it can be very expensive and I don't have time with work scheduling to be going through all that. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me with this. I would also like to be reimbursed for my meal, because I could not eat it. Thank you.
