Review: I paid almost $10,000 to have my wedding at geneva national and half way through our coordinator decided to switch jobs and go to a different company so we were given a new coordinator. our new coordinators name was [redacted] and she assured us everything was going to be ok and she would take care of everything. so after I paid for the entire wedding she told me to leave the rest to her and to relax.

Come wedding day we get to the venue and nothing was set up and she was nowhere to be found. When we found her she was too busy to deal with us because she was giving tours to other people so my family had to set up for the wedding when I paid for her to do it and she assured me she would have it done. we also had troubles with not having enough seats for our guests to eat and then she disappeared right after dinner without a word. There were other issues that will be discussed. And in addition I had left one of my very expensive screw guns there that I was assured would be safe and okay. when I return the next day it was gone and nobody could tell me where it has gone. I have tried contacting multiple people about these issues I keep getting passed off to another person and I would get their voicemails and nobody is returning my calls. I would really like this issue resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like at least half of my money returned to me seems how we had to do at least half of the work and I would like my tools returned.
