On 9/7/15, [redacted] 's friend [redacted] called the car wash and spoke to [redacted] about the situation with the headlights [redacted] told [redacted] that he would take care of her headlights for her Fred said he would let her know to bring it back and we would do her headlights for her We apologize for the situation and it could have been handled differently when she first came inAfter telling [redacted] that we would take care of them, her son-in-law had followed through with his threats of posting negative things on social mediaWe just want to take care of her headlights and make sure she is happyWe will offer her a Gold Medal Wash as well when she comes in
