To whom it may concern:We deeply apologize that [redacted] feels that we a tGenesis outdoor services did not do our job. [redacted] 1st contacted us on May  2017.  And we responded to do an estimate, we e-mail the estimate out on May 2, 2017.   [redacted]'s  response was as shown on...

our emails back and forth.  When we agree to do the job for $1110, Which it was  emailed to [redacted] called us on and we went out to property where we evaluated the issue and at no extra cost to [redacted] we Genesis fixed the issue. [redacted] complained about Genesis services damaging his sod,  which beforehand had no grass to very little , our company then at no extra cost to [redacted] laid out the sod which cost Genesis $ Labor of 4 man/ 5 hrs and the cost of sod, Which again to make matters better and keep a happy customer we paid out of our pocket. I do not understand why [redacted] would want for Genesis Outdoor Services to reimburse him full price of everything when we tried to make things better. Genesis Outdoor Services have tried working with [redacted] and have tried making matters better. But I feel that him wanting full reimbursement for the whole thing is not fair to our company. Proof of  Our conversations through emails are provided also the invoice of what [redacted] was charged and clearly you can see he was not charged for the sod or the removal of the damage sod.We are taking action and meeting again May 2018 with Mike to take a closer look at property.
