Not the greatest way to try to rebuild your credit. There are other ways and companies that can help with this if needed. But as far as a customer service and satisfaction go, I am very dissatisfied with this company and its handling of my current account. As soon as I pay off the remaining balance I will be closing this card despite what it will do to my credit. I'd rather take the hit than try to work with this company.
