Review: Auto business put used tires on my truck along with defective lug nuts after leaving truck for new wheels and tires. Also painted truck but did not sand or prime truck. The tires were so bad I had to immediately replace them with new tires. [redacted] the owners of the business have not provided a receipt with the work that was completed and have refused to provide a refund on the used tires. I still don't know where the equipment came from that was installed on my truck or the itemized cost. I paid $2758.00 for paint, lift and tires, never asked them to take short cuts, save me money or place used equipment on my truck. I have emails and texts saved showing our correspondence.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the used tires they installed and also reimbursement for the new tires I had to buy because they failed to put good tires on.
