My AC went out on the hottest day of the year (of course). Genesis came very quickly and fixed it immediately. Then it happened again the next day & they came as soon as possible. Turned out it had to do with a clog outside. They fixed that right away too. Both times they were honest, friendly, polite & informative, even though it was after 7pm and they still had other calls to go to.. I would recommend them to anyone. They do a very good job.
