I had custom shower doors made by Genesee. It was suggested to me to have this film product on the door to keep them from getting dirty from soap and water. I agreed and paid over $400 for this product.
Well the product is now failing in less than a year the water and soap is causing a fog on one of the doors. I have contacted Joe the sales man and sent some photos. He contacted the company who applied the film they were suppose to contact me. I was never contacted so I contacted Joe again Joe took the photo and emailed the company again and asked for them to contact me to resolve the problem. I still have heard nothing. I have be texting emailing and making phone calls since August about this.
I'm getting the run around. At this point and would like my money back this product does not work and the companies do not stand behind it.
This was a Supplier warranty issue that we are reimbursing Mr. for. Our supplier *** Shower doors was unable to handle this warranty claim in an expedient fashion. ***, I again apologize and you will be on the check run for $ 200.00 by month’s end.
