At this time, I have been contacted directly by Bonsai Boy of New York regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company said that they only will refund people if they contact them immediately after receiving an order. I contacted the company 2...

weeks after receiving the bonsai because I wanted to see if the plant would get better. Once I contacted the company, I was asked a few questions and asked to provide photos. I was not told at that time that I would not be refunded. Instead, my emails were ignored. The company finally said that "if I am nice" that they would offer 50% off another order. However, I do not want to order from them again. All over the website, it says "satisfaction guaranteed," but it doesn't say that there are conditions. The person who contacted me said that I waited months before contacting them, however that is not true. I am still requesting a refund from the company.
