Review: I purchased a Kia Forte in April 2014 and I have a certificate that if I refer anyone to go down and they purchase a car I would get $250 for each referral. My brother in law and sister ([redacted] and [redacted]) went down to purchase a car and they did mention my name and [redacted] told them that the deal was done and it was too late for me to get the $250. I called them and spoke to the salesman [redacted] and he started saying all of this weird stuff that effective January 2015 I had to do a formal friend request on line and I told him I bought my car prior to the effective date and I did not receive anything in the mail that stated I had to do that to receive the money for referring a friend. They say they are going to call back and never do. I have left many messages and get the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the $250 that I am entitled to due to referring my family and that they did purchase a car from them.

Review: I traded in a 2013 GMC truck. After a call to them about the truck not being paid off as of yet, and being told the payment was being sent out the next day, then five days later still no delivery of payment to [redacted] I decided to give Generation Kia another call. I was told I would get a call from the person who handles that part of the business when He gets in the next day around 8:0 am. Of course no call, I call again and now am told to he is not in the building as of yet and that he is at another one of their buildings. I asked for [redacted] and was connected back to the automated answering machine with no direction ign to general manager. My payment on the 2013 truck is now over due and I am concerned about my credit history being affected. I am getting the run around and am quite upset at this point now.Desired Settlement: Please pay off the 2013 GMC truck A.S.A.P. With a note of explanation on the error on their part.
