this case of the [redacted] preexsisting pet stains and severely worn out carpets that needed to be replaced.So she stated she contacted us August-11-2017 we have no record of,she stated her 2nd attempt was on Sept 1,2017 we have no record of,she stated her 3rd attempt was on Sept 29,2017 we also have no record of.Her complaints and concerns could have been handled respectfully in the same week of July 19,2017.Its November 5th 2017 this is the first yoice or attempt we ever heard From [redacted].We handle and treat all of our Customers with dignity and great respect.We have a guaranteed 20 days cleaning policy if any customer is not satisfied with our service or work,we will resolve the issue out of the respect for our client.
