I purchased 4 new 265/70/18 tires with mount and balance I was not render the weight balancers on the 4 tires I entered the highway at the speed of 50 mph my 2001 f150 super crew began to violently shake in fear I pulled over and called the general tire shop which the phone went unanswered in fear of my and other lives I went to another tire shop to inspect the issue upon inspection there were no weight balancers installed on the new tires I paid 30.00 to have them installed by the other tire shop I then again reached out to the general and they answered I explained the situation and asked that I be reimbursed for services not render they said sorry they will not reimburse me they said all they can do is say sorry with no human remorse for my life or any other human life on the road

Refund I would like to be reimbursed for the 30.00 paid to another shop for the general tire mistake which was already paid to the general
We told costumer to come back to rechecked the balance for him and he decided to make at another shop anyway we can reimburse de $30 .
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I *** except the general tire co. Agreement to reimburse the 30.00 seeing the text transparency the general acknowledged the mistake and agreed to correct the matter threw a refund which I had requested before I reached out to Revdex.com
