The repairs asked for were not done right. Repairs done that not needed and damage to the doors on closet. Replacement of propane tank hose that the sell for 30.00 on site was written up as special order part with diagnostic charges attached. Upon arrival it still had broken hose attached. We found the fender on slide cracked during pick up walk thru. We were told they would order from manufacturers and painted for us but had to leave it again. They replaced all the door gaskets and not slide out gaskets as we asked for. Then stated we did not tell the service person the correct ones.we signed for 1200.00 and upon return were told 1900.00. Without informing us they patched the fender and painted in their shop instead of using correct parts and paint for it. We were already charged the money and paid and told to pick it up without adjusting for any of the issues. They now claim the damage was not caused by them. There was a walk thru before and after. Our camper is well taken care of every year in for repairs. We have our records. It's a 100,000 camper. They refuse to take responsibility for what was done and are blaming us and refuse to correct the issue with the right parts and have not adjusted the amount we paid. We are told to pick it up or they charge storage. We live 6 hrs away and have made two trips so far.We spoke with manager and gotten no where and has not returned our calls. The damage was acknowledged by an assistant manager who they say no longer works for them. We have emails available.

Desired Outcome

We want an adjustment for damage and repairs not completed along with diagnostics and labor charge. We also want our damaged fender fixed with the manufacturer part and pant for no cost to us as it was done while with them. We will pay for the deductible and cost off ac unit and other repairs done correctly. No diagnostics because we were aware of what was wrong or in need of repair. Discount for closet doors that were drilled into for no reason. Repair was wron and non functioning for the doors.

I agreed to purchase a pre-owned 5th wheel from General RV Center. I live in Oklahoma so I asked the salesman to look the unit over and report the condition to me, I was satisfied with what he told me and I put a $2,000 deposit down and was going to wire the remaining balance. I arranged to have a transport company deliver the trailer to me. The very next day I received an email from the Sales manager stating that they went ahead and sold the unit to someone else (after I had put the deposit down) and he would just return my deposit. He stated that it is company policy to do this because I had not physically seen the trailer. I agreed to purchase the trailer based on the report I got on the condition of the unit from the salesman. I was never going to see the trailer until it arrived to me and they would have already been paid in full. I called their 'customer care' line and they assured me that a deposit on a trailer being purchased from them does not mean that they won't sell it to someone else. Completely unethical...

since day 1 that we purchased rv they will not fix anything that is wrong they,I want my hot water to work I want them fix it
since the day we bought rv we have had many many problems ,they tell us bring it down we do "on our gas 1 1/2 hour away when we get it back it still dont work they tell us call manufacture they said hot water heater was a 2015 and they sold us a 2017 rv ,we just want hot water to work .they refuse to fix unless we pay we have never had hot water this is under warrantee

i want my hot water to work in my RV i was promissed a fully functional coach i paid for a brand new in working conditin coach !I WANT MY HOT WATER TO WORK UNDER TO WARRENTEE THEY PROMISSED NO MORE MONEY FROM ME ! AND STOP MAKING ME SPEND HUNDREDS IN GAS TO BRING IN BACK AND FORTH EVERYTIME JUST FIX IT !

At the time that this complaint was filed, Mr. S had already been working with our management team at our Dover dealership. This RV is out of warranty but has an on-demand water heater that does not provide consistent hot water. With the help of our team, the customer has been in contact with the manufacturer of the RV and the water heater, and his complaint has been resolved. We appreciate Mr. S allowing us to work through this with him.

On or about 2/17/2019, agreed to buy 2005 Jayco Greyhawk RV. Dealer wanted $2500 to prove we were serious and before they put the work in. Additional $2500 due at delivery for total $5000 down payment. Purchased on 2/27/2019. RV was stored and driven short drives every week or 2. Our first overnight trip on 5/20/2019 to Melbourne. On setting up, discovered blown out inner tire. Tire service found severely worn air stem,brakes and rotors and recommended replacement asap. Within the hour, electric blew breakers several times. RV Repair found extremely dangerous hazard as the cord and connections was Gerry rigged and improperly wired. Connections were severely burned and was a serious fire hazard. General RV charged $500 pre delivery service by an RV Tech . General RV sold us a death trap. Not road worthy. General RV was negligent and reckless in allowing that RV to be sold.
We could have had a serious accident or suffered a severe fire in our sleep.

Refund This experience has shaken us to the core. We trusted this large business to sell us a SAFE and ROADWORTHY RV. We no longer feel safe in this RV or any other. Selling as is does not mean no responsibility by the seller. We want our money back!

We made a deal with our sales rep. Rick *** for 19,000.00 for the camper out the door. Rick also ok it through his boss. Rick introduced us to Jim *** the business manager. Fast talking paper pusher. We heard him say $19,000.00 but did not know Jim started with different numbers. We put $5,000.00 down and $3800.00 trade in on the 5th wheel. We bought a warrenty for $3200.00 and the protective spray for $1100.00 we knew there were going to be more taxes coming. Jim *** said the bank will send us papers in the mail. Never seen the final balance. We though somewhere around $14,500.00 plus some taxes. After receiving the first bank statement for $24,364.04, we called Jim *** 4X's he wouldn't return our calls. I called Rick *** we talked again about the $19,000.00 on the camper Rick said yes that was right. We went to General RV Monday May20, 2019 to talk to Jim ***. Ran into Rick *** first again Rick said yes on the $19,000.00. We went to Jim's office to look over the papers. Jim said the papers were right($19,000.00 where on there) Jim brought in Stephen *** sales manager. Stephen said their papers were right. to make a long story short they basically called us liars. Rick *** walked in the office he change his story to theirs. Rick is new there probably doesn't want to get fired. I signed these papers under false pretense. We would never had bought this camper for $24,364.04 because we could have found it cheaper for less.
