I am rejecting this response because: the business was definitely negligentInstead of parking this unused, unpowered paving equipment into a parking spot, and there were many spaces, they left it in a way that it could not be visibly seen by my car camera or by eyesightIt was left by a dumpster with a very large bush in front of itMy unit is facing the car, bush, and dumpsterThe only way I could have seen it is by circling my car every time I enter itThe car was not damaged in the leastI got a flat tireThe equipment was so low that it could be noticedIt was a shovel part of the paving equipment that flattened my tireAgain, they just left it there even though it can't be seen by certain parking spotsThey had no business leaving it thereIt's a large parking lot and many spaces were open.

The claimant backed into a parked piece of equipment. Any law enforcement agency or insurance company will tell you that if you back into something, it is your fault. The equipment had been parked in the same spot all morning and this is an active job site. The claimant was
negligent in this case
