Review: I have called and emailed the company multiple time to cancel the hosting account for [redacted] with no response. Yesterday, the company charged my debt card $179.40 for the next year's service.Desired Settlement: Provide credit for unathorized charge.

Review: My website, hosted by General Hosting, is no longer up. Repeated requests for assistance both via phone and e-mail have gone unreturned. No one answers the phone. I am now attempting to cancel my account and transfer the domain name to another company, but if can't do so until General Hosting releases it.Desired Settlement: Release of my domain name, [redacted], and cancellation of my account.

Review: 1st. I was always billed quarterly. Not yealr like now $95.40.
2nd. But just as important. My website [redacted] is pretty much non functional.
most of the pages are not connecting to data file to present information.
3rd. Numerous attempts, email,phone,login to site used
support function for contact. Strange thing is that Billing, Technical support
and genreal support are not seperated into thier own email support heading.
which would be directed to that paticular support section!
4th. Last but not least. I want my money refunded to my credit card in FULL, plus after
I have my money back. I do NOT want tthem as a hosting service. Someone needs to investigate them. Shut them down.Desired Settlement: After money is put back on my visa card in full. Close out the website from general hosting.
Do not allow them to debit my card any further. Dropping them as an ISP. done!
Review: General Hosting charges me an annual fee every March for hosting my website. In May I noticed my website was not running. When I tried to access my website with the credentials supplied by General Hosting they were denied. Several attempts to contact General Hosting by telephone (###-###-####) and email ([redacted]) have been ignored. I just tried calling again and now they don't even let you leave a voice mail. They just say call back later. I have not received the services I have paid for and I want a refund. And I don't want them charging my Discover credit card any more. A major concern is that even though my credit card number has changed (issued new card by Discover due to security breaches), somehow this General Hosting is able to get my new credit card number and charge it. They are able to do this without contacting me.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund -- and no more charges to my credit card. When they make charges to a credit card number they did not obtain from me, and get permission from me to charge -- THAT IS FRAUD!!!
