To whom it may concern; [redacted] was never told by any of our employees that the car had never been in an accident Because there is no way to know the complete history of any used car, we would never make that statement We have written records of all conversations we have had with [redacted] from the time she bought her carPrior to the 15th of May, 2015, none of these conversations contained any complaints about the vehicleIf she has had fuel pump repairs, that indicates a problem with the repair shop, not the car As per the paperwork we provided to the Revdex.com, at the time of purchase, [redacted] acknowledged with her signature several times that she was aware she was purchasing a used car “AS IS”, with no warranty and that she would be responsible for all repairs to the vehicle. We have no control over how a customer drives or maintains their vehicle, and after more than a year, even with proper maintenance, repairs are to be expected. As per our original response, we will not forgive or reduce [redacted] balance owed on the vehicle, and she is still responsible for making her payments as she agreed to at the time of purchase[redacted] Time Auto Sales
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]
August 29, Re: Complaint ID *** *** *** purchased a Ford Explorer with 134,miles on it on 3-1-Until May of 2015, she had no complaints about the carWe do not run Car Fax on vehicles as it is only as reliable as the information submitted, but we will provide the customer
with the VIN if they want to run a Car Fax themselves prior to purchaseWe would never tell a customer any car had not been in an accident as we do not have that knowledgeWe recommend that the customer bring a mechanic to check out the vehicle if they are not sure about it*** *** purchased the vehicle "AS IS" with no warrantyHer most recent complaint to us was not regarding the vehicle, it was the fact that we would not take an unknown credit card number over the phone for paymentShe has owned the car for well over a year, any maintenance on the car is for her to take care ofShe is also responsible for the balance owed on the account*** *** Time Auto Sales

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do not want this contractor here

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Ms
*** has given incorrect
information. I asked if this car had
been in an accident and was informed that no, it had not. I have had an issue with this vehicle long
before May and have called and complained about the issues with this car
such as the windows not rolling unless they are rolled down by the driver, the
fact that the child locks cannot be disengaged, the rear windshield wiper not
working properly. I have replaced the
fuel pump times since I purchased the vehicle. I believe that Time Auto takes advantage of
people that have nowhere else to go when they need a car. If I had known what I do now I would have
never purchased a vehicle from Time Auto.
I believe that businesses have a responsibility to be honest and
accurate when selling cars. Regards,
*** ***

$2000.00 he requested which essentially amounts to his down payment and any payments he has made on the vehicle since purchase. We will apply the balance to his account and consider the case closed.
