I was able to pull security camera footage from the day Ms [redacted] was at our car washAs seen from the attached pictures, the piece she described that was missing as a result of the car wash, was actually missing before it entered any automatic car wash equipment in our tunnelThere is a clear view of silver painted surface behind the black rubber window trim on the rear passenger side window (Versa Before and Versa Before 3)This is supposed to be covered by a piece of black plastic trimThe pictures on the security cameras (Versa Before 1) match the description of her vehicle and the date Ms [redacted] was at our siteThe time on the cameras is approximately minutes later due to daylight savings (hour, not changed last fall) and power outages that cause the timing to be behindThe security camera pictures also match the “after” picture (Nissan Versa 1) I took when she brought the concern to my attention.For these reasons we believe that General Grant Car Wash is not responsible for any repair on the vehicleIf there is any other concern Ms [redacted] can reach me at [redacted] or at ***@generalgrantcarwash.com

The pictures on the security cameras (Versa Before 1) match the description of her vehicle and the date Ms. [redacted] was at our site. The time on the cameras is approximately 45 minutes later due to daylight savings (1 hour, not changed last fall) and power outages that cause the timing to be behind. The security camera pictures also match the “after” picture (Nissan Versa 1) I took when she brought the concern to my attention.For these reasons we believe that General Grant Car Wash is not responsible for any repair on the vehicle.
