Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I did not accept the insurance payment for the repair of my van - no check was cashed! Let there be no mistake, the mishap with my van is truly a case of neglect on the part of Berger Family dealership not an accident as statedBerger's service manager, MrR***, admitted his mechanic used a lb lift to pick up a vehicle with an GVW weight classification! This was not an accident but inappropriate training by the dealershipMrR*** stated the rotors on my van were warped due to the amount of weight the van was carrying , which was beyond the limits of lb that the lift they placed it on is able to supportThe van was originally purchased from Berger Family dealership where I also had plumbing shelving installed by them as welAl work done to the van as been done through them which they keep records on, so they therefore knew how much weight the van wasI am seeking replacement of this vehicle plus lost work time due to the mishapI will except a vehicle that was found by a Berger salesman, MrK***, on the internet or one of my choice
