Mr***,
Came into General Auction Company on July 28, and paid for his vehicle in full, he also was offered a cancellation option that by law we have to offerIf a buyer exercises The cancellation option they are allowed to drive the vehicle with less than
miles and has only days to return the vehicle for any reason, Mr*** declined the option. Now from what he states is he son was driving the car, when we had the car in our facility we tested the car we have a device that allows mechanics to give them a code so they can see what the problem is on the vehicle and when our mechanic tested Mr***'s car showed it was driving at approximately mph by the looks of the vehicle it looks like it hit something damaging the transmission therefore this incident occurred when someone was driving Mr***'s car too fast and hitting something at that speed will damage the vehicle. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me
Thank you,

Review: I bought the car in auction my son drove it for Apprx. 20 mile it stop working. we call triple A and towed it home, I called them next day (07/28/14) and they said will pick it up in the afternoon which took 7 days of me calling and they telling me they will pick it in couple of hours and at the end they would not even picked the phone up . I told my son to call them same time on same number and he picked it up ([redacted] name [redacted]) which again told my son will pick it in after noon which did not .
So I called triple A and took the care over there yesterday 08/05/14 and today he called me back claiming the transmission is broken and driving back we did hit some thing hard but there is no oil on my drive way or the tow truck which towed it to my house but my son said there was some oil on truck when we took it thereDesired Settlement: repair the car or exchange or refund all acceptable to me even if they give me credit so I can buy another car from their auction

Mr. [redacted],
Came into General Auction Company on July 28, 2014 and paid for his vehicle in full, he also was offered a cancellation option that by law we have to offer. If a buyer exercises The cancellation option they are allowed to drive the vehicle with less than 250 miles and has only 2 days to return the vehicle for any reason, Mr. [redacted] declined the option. Now from what he states is he son was driving the car, when we had the car in our facility we tested the car we have a device that allows mechanics to give them a code so they can see what the problem is on the vehicle and when our mechanic tested Mr. [redacted]'s car showed it was driving at approximately 80 mph by the looks of the vehicle it looks like it hit something damaging the transmission therefore this incident occurred when someone was driving Mr. [redacted]'s car too fast and hitting something at that speed will damage the vehicle. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.
