The dress sanitary issueI received a dress as I ordered however the dress smells chemical death like. I have severe asthma. Right out of the box the dress had to go outside the smell took over my entire 2 bedroom apartment within minutes. The dress has [redacted] put outside for numerous days and the smell has not come out. When you make a purchase for something new you as a consumer should not have to inquire about the sanitaryness of the clothing. Thus should be understood you do not sell a product like this. Period. It's unacceptable. I purchased this dress for my wedding. It smells unbearably bad. If they will not accept it to be returned they need to refund a portion of the dress to have it cleaned as this is completely unacceptable. If they will not to this I will proceed to take them to small claims court of the matter because it's 100000% unacceptable. Desired SettlementI wish them to either replace the dress, exchange the dress, or pay to have it cleaned so I may have a clean dress for my wedding. It's that simple. I did not pay $200 for an unsanitary product. And if a resolution is not met I will proceed to report to the attorneys general office, next step following will be court. Because this is unacceptable.
