Sir;In response to the above complaint of a road callmade on 9/2/WO# *** by myself, is as follows;The driver called me for road service on a Volvo truckshutting down, and loose of battery powerI firstadvised the driver to call the Volvo Dealer inHerminston , ORThe driver then called
me back, andsaid that no one answered at VolvoI informed thedriver that my knowledge of Volvo Trucks was verylimited, and the driver insisted that I come out anyway.The driver was informed by me that his battery cableswere looseThe driver watched me tighten the batterycables up, and check the fuses under the hood, and aswell the battery box fuseI checked battery voltage atthe batteries, and the starter as well, as the driverwatchedI informed the driver to have truck towed todealer for further diagnoses, because of my limitedknowledge of Volvo TrucksThe driver was alsoinformed several times of my limited knowledge ofVolvo Trucks, and my service call rates, before comingoutThe driver wanted me to come out anyway,knowing what I told himThe driver watched me as Ichecked the truck over, whether he chooses to admitthat or not I cannot helpThe driver was told severaltimes of my limited knowledge of Volvo Trucks, before Iresponded to where he was broke downI cannot helpwhat Volvo Dealership said or didI have been workingon Trucks for over years and I know how to checkcables and/or fusesBut none of us know everythingabout every truck.Enclosing the driver requested I come out and I did so,bnowing what I told him of my limited bnowledge ofVolvo TrucbsIf the owner wants to place blame onsomeone then talk to his driver, and/or blame himself.Respectfully;Gene M*** Managing Partner **Please see attached**
