[redacted] visited our Alderwood location 9/28/2016 and received a Full Balayage 182.00 and Kerastase Treatment 35.00 with her regular colorist.
[redacted]’s previous color with Oahn was 1/13/2016.
[redacted] told her colorist that she had her hair colored Overseas and she was unhappy with the color....

Overseas they colored [redacted]’s hair darker, back to her natural color and they used a different coloring technique than what Oahn has provided previously.
Oahn has always colored [redacted]’s hair blonde, Oahn said they discussed that due to the current color on her hair  [redacted]’s hair will lift inconsistently, the color will not be the blonde she was used to, it will be more of a natural looking balayage not a blonde balayage.
Oahn told [redacted] that if the color lifted inconsistently that she would have to gloss it darker so that it would match (she was not sure if it would lift inconsistently) and that it would not be the color that she wanted in today’s visit.
The service provided was a corrective color as we were correcting the color [redacted] had while Overseas.
There is no guaranteed outcome with a corrective color.
Our level 5 corrective color price starts at 200.00 and up depending on the correction needed. Because [redacted] was Oahn’s regular client our colorist only charged her 182.00 for a Full Balayage.
We do not offer complimentary redo’s or refunds on a corrective color service.
I absolutely understand how disappointed [redacted] is but unfortunately we did not provide the color service that [redacted] came in to have [redacted] Salons correct.
If [redacted] wants to come in for a consultation and have her color evaluated we are more than happy to set up this appointment. This appointment would be made with the understanding that if the quality of work that Oahn provided is not the [redacted] quality of work it should have been then we can discuss a redo or refund.  If it is determined that the service Oahn provided was the quality service it should have been then a redo or refund will not be offered and any future services would be at [redacted]’s expense.

[redacted] met one of our staff members while attending an event at Century Link Field and the staff member gave [redacted] her business card to come see her for a haircut at our Downtown location. Our artists often promote themselves and hopes to gain new clients. [redacted] came in...

5/19 and wanted to see Yvey, Yvey was not working that day. [redacted] also wanted a lip and chin wax.  The front desk agent suggested she schedule her appt. with Yvey the next day when Yvey returned. [redacted] wanted an appointment the next day between 11:30 and 12,  Yvey had a 10:30 available but not an 11:30 or 12:00 appt. [redacted] came in the next day 5/20, had her waxing appointment with Bobbie and saw Yvey who provided a trim. Yvey asked that we adjust the ticket from a full haircut to a bang/neck trim which we did.  There was no charge for the bang/neck trim with Yvey. The waxing appointment was 38.00, the trim was complimentary, [redacted] paid 38.00 and left the salon.
