I went there and bought 2 tires went to leave didn't make it a mile down the road was banging and making an awful sound come to find out they put the wrong size tires on my vehicle when I went back they didn't have any sizes I needed that I already paid for so the one guy had to do to a different shop and found one the other side they put my spare on it from under my car and I was told to come back next day and was blowed off went back that Friday they had a tire my size but yet put it under my car as the spare and left my spare on it that is dry rotted now my car is making a weird *** and it? sounds bad it wobbles and I have 3 kids they messed something up they told me that spare was 14 years old that was under neath it wasn't good to drive far on it but refused to swap them scared to even drive my car now as I do have 3 kids life's at risk if that tire blows out
Repair I would like them to fixed what they messed up by the wring tires going on it they messed something up in my wheel
We stand ready to make good any problem that we may have caused. (1) The customer came to us looking for USED TIRES, since new ones are more than $90.00 each. (2) Since we did not have two of the exact size tires for her car, we found one a slightly larger size. When we put the the larger tire on her car, the drive axles began making noise. It was then that we realized she had a 4 wheel drive car and could not turn off the 4 wheel drive. Having one larger tire on a 4 wheel drive car can make noise and can hurt the car if not able to turn it off. As I recall her 4 wheel drive could not be turned off to make a 2 wheel drive. We took the larger tire off and returned the tires back to the way they were and she drove the car, saying the noise was gone. (3) Her car had a seldom used size tire (235/70R16 came on the car) and are hard to find in good used condition. It took two days to find the second tire, meanwhile she said the noise had not returned. (4) Her spare tire was 20 years old and the National Highway Safety Board says that radial tires more than 9 years old should not be run on the road, as they may come apart because of their age. (5) Eventually we got the used tires to match her other tires and she went for a drive and said the noise was gone. (6) She has not been back to my store since we put the two used tires on, so we had no idea any noise had returned.

My 4 wheel drive was not stuck on it goes off and on just fine never had it on my car was fine till I came in there to get tires then they broke the sensor off my wheel and it was floating around inside my tire and then going to say your not suppose to leave a 20 year old tire on the car and drive it on the road which is what they did they never took it off to put the one I bought on it they put it under my car as a spare I had to go to a different tire shop for them to take my tire off and find out they rigged my tire sensor on it and it was in pieces inside my tire
