Review: Order ring, defective, sent back and was promised another ring to be inspected by [redacted] of company defect free. Second ring came with same defects on the ring setting. Emails sent to company who denied fault on their part claiming ring left their care free of defects and claiming it must have been banged after left their company and they wanted it sent back. I took photos of both sets of rings with same defects both times. The ring will not be sent back as I distrust this company. The company started the blame game and did not want to take responsibility for sending out defective work.Desired Settlement: Letter of apology and partial refund for defective ring setting.

I remember we fixed her ring and put a bigger diamond .75ct instead of the .55ct she purchased. She was still not happy so we offered her a full refund Here is a copy of an email we sent her on Apr **

I am very sorry about this. We did check it three times. I personally looked at it and that diamond is 0.75 carats.

Please send it back for full refund. It is not going to work. I am very sorry.

It seems from your email that she doesn’t want a refund but is using Revdex.com to blackmail us for a partial credit on her purchase.
