response to the warranty claim was $back to her for the issueShe didn't like that option so I told her she could choose another couch of equal value and I would order it (out of my stores money ) deliver and remove the first couch outSince then I have not heard from the customerI've tried everything I can to try fix thisI would like this complaint removed please because I pride myself on customer serviceIf Ms *** wants a new couch all she has to do is choose another oneOr there is a check for $waiting for her here at the store. thank you
