I was greeted by a young man that showed me a list of the different car washes that they offered. I choose the bling wash. He aid for $15.00 I could get a hand wash job plus my floor mats clean free. Then he offered me a hand wax job. Well, I got the hand wash. Then they backed the car up after the wash, took the car up front started to dry it. I went into the cashier and said I wanted to talk to the manager and told her what happened. she just shrugged her shoulders. So I asked to talk to the supervisor. He was the one who took my order. When I told him about the bling wash that I didn't get it he wanted me to sign a waver so he wasn't responsible for the car in case something happened to the car. I did not sign the waver.
I am sorry to hear about the complaint. The hand wash and hand wax are two different services, the hand wash is where everything to the vehicle is done by hand. We do not send the car through the machine wash because they paid for the hand wash service. The hand wax is a machine wash and the wax is applied by hand. If the customer feels like he didn't get what he paid for, he can get in contact with us and we can provide the hand wax job at no cost.
