Review: Geiger Service Associates replaced my 25 year old geothermal HVAC unit with new more efficent one from the same manufactor on 6/17/2013 at a cost of $12,575.00. The unit worked in cooling mode that summer but not in heating mode when winter arrived. After many calls and being on backup emergency heat all winter Geiger associates come out in March 2014 and checked out the unit, adjusted the feron but heating season over he said if they is a problem with heat call and I will come out. Heating season arrived and it is still not working so I called back in Mid December 2014 and thet said someone would be out to fix the problem. I am still waiting and I call every day and most times leave a message. My electric bills are twice as high in the winter as compared to the old unit.Desired Settlement: All I want is the someone to come out and check out the unit in the winter as promised.
