Dear [redacted] :I attached a response to this complaint a week ago.I will copy it below.August 5, 2015Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC and Eastern PAAttn [redacted] K StNW, 10th FloorWashington, DC 20005-3404Re: Complaint ID – [redacted] Dear [redacted] ,We received your e-mail of July 20, regarding the complaint you received from [redacted] We reviewed our records and found that [redacted] had filed a complaint with us on June 19, [redacted] ’s boat was talking on water and needed to be pumped out This is not a service that is provided for by BoatU.STowing Services, as it would be a Marine Insurance issue.To resolve the matter we told [redacted] that we would make a one time exception and pay for the towing portion of this case He was paid on July 10, with check number [redacted] [redacted] had a second tow on June 15, 2015, and wished to be reimbursed for that (this is what he is referring to) Since this tow, was part of the original tow, BoatU.Shad no record of it and we had to get a copy of the invoice from the tow company This cost [redacted] $195.53.This check was paid on January 20, 2015, number [redacted] , and sent to [redacted] ’s new address.On March 27, 2015, [redacted] e-mailed BoatU.Sthat he had not received the check It was researched and a stop put on March 31, 2015.On April 10, the next check (number [redacted] ) was cut and mailed after reconfirming the address.On May 13, [redacted] again notified BoatU.Sthat he had not gotten the check, it was researched and stopped on May 19, A reissue was again ordered but held up because of questions as to why BoatU.Swas sending a check to the same address that had been returned twice.On July 21, the check was reissued one again (number [redacted] ) and overnighted by *** It was signed for by a [redacted] on July 22, at [redacted] ’s address.BoatU.Shas yet to receive confirmation from [redacted] on whether he received it this time.At this point we believe this matter has been resolved to the satisfaction of [redacted] If you have additional questions regarding this matter please don’t hesitate to contact me.Sincerely,Chip F [redacted] Manager Towing Customer Relations###-###-#### [redacted] @BoatUS.comcc: file Thank you for your time

you are lying chip!!!!!i had on;y claim against you for tow, and you dragged it from June writing me info that you "mailed" a check times. to claim its my 2nd claim and that I received a check in June/July in a lie and I can prove it since I have all of our prior emails.the truth is you dragged me around for over a year and once I made a Revdex.com complaint you mailed the check in a day, that just show you are scamming people and understand only power, I will contact your supervisor for this respond, you should be ashamed!

Thank you for your letter dated June
26, 2017 outlining [redacted]’s complaint to your organization.We have reviewed the circumstances
regarding this claim and have completed some further investigation.
Based upon this additional investigation, we have agreed to provide
coverage for this loss...
in accordance with the terms and conditions of
[redacted]’s policy.He was notified of this decision on
June 30, 2017.

available to respond to further inquiries by either our insured or
