Geer Street Automotive

My vehicle was delivered for service to Geer St Automotive and more damage was cause to the vehicle than initial delivery issue.On 2/12/16, I took my vehicle to Geer Street automotive for car repairs. The mechanic stated that he would start on the vehicle Monday, 2/15 and that it would take approximately 3 days to be ready. On Thursday, February 18, I called to check on the vehicle and he told me he was waiting on parts and it would be a few more days before it was ready. This went on for 3 weeks - it was not ready and it would be in an hour, tomorrow, in 2 days......after 3 weeks of hearing this and realizing that my vehicle was in jeopardy, I went to take possession on Friday, March 4. He did not repair my vehicle and caused more issues and demanded payment. I have diagnostics before dropping it off and picking it up and this auto repair shop damaged my vehicle and created more issues I have to have fixed/repaired before I can actually drive it. The job was more than he could handle and instead of admitting it, he took my vehicle and created more problems and debt for me (rental cars, etc.).Desired SettlementWe had to pay for the vehicle to be released and currently disputing those charges, because 1) he did not fix the vehicle, 2) caused more damage, 3) we had to do without the vehicle for another week accruing more financial debt and therefore my resolution would be for him to not challenge the dispute so we can get our money back.
