Hi customer ( [redacted] ) called us on 02--for reason of slow computer and virus issues we diagnosed the issue and gave him two option for fix either you take into the store or you can get it fixed online he said will get it fixed online so we helped him fixing the issue after his approval but we always commit days refund policy if customer is not satisfied with the service we will be providing full refund ,also he signed a contract for the service only then we started working on it if not satisfied refund is possible easily customer can call us or email us for the same
