The customer was made aware at the time of purchase that made to order items may take a few days before they shipIt was not at the end of the usual turn around time and they wanted to cancel and did not let us know until the email they sent about minutes before this complaintWhich would be also why they did not receive a refund by the time of this complaint as it was the first they had requested itBut the order has been cancelled and the customer has been refunded

We had let the customer know that it would be a short time before the returns were processed as we were on the road and away from the warehouse. The items have already been processed and refunded otherwise as of 5/10/15 to the customer via [redacted].
