I placed an order on Nov. 12 and they took money from my card the same day. I did not receive my order after several days. Lucy Hale (the contact), keeps making excuses why my order has not been sent and refuses to refund my money saying that they are having technical problems. Lucy keeps saying that she wants to keep her customers happy. They do not get any stars. Stay away from these people.

Never received order as many others, over 3 months of emailing them and they will not issue refund, always tell me they were looking in to it. I just filed a BBB complaint today.

Never use this company, it's been over 6 months still no item and I got an email stating no refunds for a product you can not produce. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

Ordered 6 months ago still never received item...BBB gives this company a F rating think about that! So disappointed! That they are allowed to still do business

This is a continuation of previous review. Lucy Hale via email still over and over requesting video . Advised her again and again no point of doing that since other people have done it to no avail . She just keeps asking again for the same thing . She must be writing off a script or she’s a robot, hard to tell the difference . Asked to hear from a supervisor and no response Lucy Hale just repeating the same crap . Advised her I don’t want a replacement because the thermometer is a piece of junk . Whatever you do don’t buy from them

Purchased a no contact thermometer that arrived via padded envelope . Box a little smashed but product fine but no manufacturer name on product and directions were obviously very poorly translated from Chinese . After adding the batteries and tried the thermometer but it didn’t work. Tried different batteries, didn’t work . Emailed GearsZilla and after waiting several days Lucy Hale responded asking for a picture of the box and product which I sent right away . Waited a few days and she didn’t respond so I forwarded back the same info she requested and Lucy responded by asking for the tracking info and address I sent it to . I emailed her back asking how could I send it back without info from her ?
Waited again and she then asked me to make a video of her instructions to see if that would work . I advised Lucy it’s only me so wasn’t and can’t do a video . I see other reviews indicate the same request and it didn’t make a difference when sending the video or not . Still waiting to hear anything from Lucy Hale . Do not order anything from this company . Complete rip off .

Ordered a touchless thermometer from them took over 2 months to receive.On the website they give the impression that they are a USA company out of Ft Lauderdale. However the products are shipped from China. When we got it the package was damaged and thermometer did not work, (could hear loose parts rattling around). As requested sent picture and video, no response from company. Do not order from then...very bad company!

I placed an order and after weeks of no shipping details I emailed them asking about my order. I emailed them several times and did not get a response. Horrible business. Do not order from them.

I did finally get my product 4 days after I wrote my complaint. The product does seem fine.

I placed an order with gearzilla, they printed a shipping ticket, but never sent it! Then they said they will ship it again! But, never did! I recommend to never do business with them! I never got my product! It’s been 6 weeks
