Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered 2 pairs of ELECTRIC BRANCH SCISSORS on ***.com on Jan 15 for a total of $79.96 ($39.98 each). Here is the link to the products.

However, they shipped me a manual branch scissors, not an electric one as shown on their website.
I requested a return address and full refund for my order as soon as I received the branch scissors (Feb 1). My order is qualified for a return and full refund per their returns policy listed on their website. https://***
They replied saying I would need to ship the branch scissors to their factory in China, it would cost about $30 for shipping and they usually do not receive the return products (???). So, they asked me to take a partial refund of $8 or $10. I refused as they have shipped me the wrong items and falsely advertised and mislead customers about their products.
I told them I would return the items to *** U.S. location, and it is their responsibility to ship the items back to their China factory, not me and they need to give me a full refund of $79.96. They still do not want me to return to their California location and give me a full refund and have been asking me to accept a partial refund of $8 or $10, they also suggested me to sell the manual branch scissors myself or give it to someone as a gift, which is ridiculous. I have been back and forth with *** about this return request since Feb 1 until now without a result. Therefore, I need Revdex.com's help to resolve this matter.

My communication with *** is all via emails and I have all emails to back up my complaints if you ever need a copy.
