resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have searched my account of the same Credit Card used to make the payment to Gear Snare (which was on 07/07/2017) till today (12/12/2017) and have not found any refund to that account from Gear Snare or any other Party.  Furthermore, although I fully understand the statement from Gear Snare that there is little they can do about the ability of the Postal Carrier.  However, I have repeatedly sent many requests to resend the item (which was sent back to China) with a reconfirmed (same) address but only one response from Gear Snare was forthcoming with no follow up action.  It is noteworthy that I have multiple online orders delivered to the same address from China. Japan and the USA without any issues.  In my opinion, the address may have printed incorrectly causing the package to be returned undelivered.  As there has been no recorded refund, and I am still keen to receive the item perhaps Gear Snare would be kind enough to send the item to the correct address which is:[redacted]
