At this time, I have been contacted directly by GCS Remodeling & Handyman Services regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 The business contacted us twice. Gus claimed he was going to return some of the money. Gus claimed that he...

couldn't return all of our money because he has a family and used it to pay bills. Gus also claimed that he was having a hard time getting the money because he could not get loans from people he knew. Both times he promised to come to our address to return some of the money, and Gus did not show up. He did not call on those days he promised to return either.
