I would like to commend Brianna Q. on her professionalism and courteous manner in which she explained all that is entailed in my upcoming trip....

I wanted to take the time to thank Vanesa L. from Executive Services by GBS. She was thorough in making sure that everything is all set for my trip. She explained things very clearly to me and I feel very confident that things will go off without a hitch on our first trip to the DR. She was not pushy in providing optional services but made me aware of them. Overall it was a pleasant experience working with her.

We were a bit hesitant about our vacation purchase before speaking with Juan M. G. M., however he was able to answer all of our questions regarding the reservation in a clear and caring way. We appreciate how concerned he was about answering all of our concerns.
