We have called several times to GBS International @ customer service dept. for thr reason of a cancellation that was made at Dreams Tulum. The first call was made on 9Jan. 2018 and my wife called several times because when the cancellation was made they were supposed to refund the sum of 4116.00 $ to which they only refunded 2058.00 Dlls to my credit card account. We have called several times and spoke with several employees to no avail; today we called again and we spoke with a person,another liar, her name is *** She assured us that we would have the refund in our account in three hours, well, as of right now,3:45 pm, we have yet to receive the refund. This liar even told us that as soon as she made the transaction, she would give us a call. Why do they have to lie to their customers like that ,is behond me. This *** turned out to be the biggest liar of all. No shame, they just lie to a person so casually, and they are supposed to help their customers. If there is an honest person in your organization, please help us.
