"The buyer purchased an approximately year old unopened bottle of perfume, sealed in the original package. The piece is extremely rare, if not one of a kind, in the sealed package. The buyer opened the package, therefore altering the piece and significantly lowering the value.
What made the piece so special is that it remained sealed for decades Buyer opened a case with *** for a refund, however *** found in my favor since the item had been altered An *** representative also agreed with me that the buyer should not be allowed to return the item and given a refund based on the circumstances I offer day refunds on *** items, as long as they are returned in the same condition as they are purchased and not altered. I have been selling on *** for over years and my feedback rating is spectacular."***
