Gateway Tire & Service Center

On October ,16, ; [redacted] [redacted] came in GatewayTire & Service Center for an oil change and tire rotation; The oil was changed and they rotatedof her tires that was not purchased at Gateway;the 4th tire had a knot on it ; so they did not move that tire; she came back on October 17, and we rotated that tire for herI have talked to customer she went Memphis and pushased tires at Gateway ; she declined alignment there ; Ihave talked to customer we have agreed on Gateway will give her credit for tires and she has agreed to pay for alignment; This will take place on November 28,2017; Gateway goes the distance for customer satisfaction; looking forward to continuing doing business with the customer
