Gateway Project Builder's

On July 6, 2019 my 18 ft awning was installed by *** of Gateway Project Builder's Inc with specific instructions to install THREE wall supports that were provided. Only TWO supports were installed. Unfortunately I was unable to be present for the entire time of the installation. The contractor was paid in full. I contacted the contractor immediately to say I needed the 3rd support installed so the warranty would be valid. It was mutually agreed upon that because the contractor was VERY busy he would call to arrange a convenient time in the near future. No form of contact was made. I let summer months go by because it was a busy season & my job was very low priority. I was away most of the Fall months, then it snowed- too cold & dangerous for contractor for such a project. I tried contacting *** in March then very persistently in April to no avail. His cell phone will ring 4 times then go to a busy signal. ONCE mid April he actually picked up & said he would call me back the next day after he checked to see if he could complete this job because of COVID-19 seeing that it is not a new job but a incomplete project- no call back. I gave him one week to call back, & now for one week I have called first thing EVERY morning except weekends & often 2-3 times during the day with the same result. I have tried texting him, suggesting he may have something wrong with his cell & I have emailed him, all with no response.
