file the gap claim.  In addition, we sent to her gap insurance company the required documents needed from the credit union.  The remaining documents would have been needed to be provided by the member to complete the claim.  The credit union followed up with the gap company to find out the status of the claim, was told by claim rep it is in the review process and can take 10-15 days to finalize as of this date, 1-2-2018.
